Rowan is General Manager Corporate Development at Bank Australia. Rowan has been instrumental in developing and shaping the bank’s brand, responsible banking strategy and customer experience strategy. He is responsible for leading the bank’s corporate affairs, marketing, and people and culture departments. Rowan has worked in the mutual banking sector for over 20 years and is a strong advocate for the sector’s ability to create positive impact for the community, while generating prosperity for customers. Rowan is also a Director of Marriott Support Services, a social enterprise serving people whose lives are impacted by disability.
